Pier-Olivier Gilbert holds a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Hydrogeology. He joined the Hydro-Ressources team in May 2022, where he works as a field supervisor and contributes to various hydrogeological investigation and modeling projects.

Driven by strong scientific curiosity and a deep interest in innovative groundwater tracing methods, Pier-Olivier’s research focuses on evaluating riboflavin as an  hydrogeological tracer. His field expertise and commitment to advancing hydrogeological practices make him a dynamic and valuable member of the Hydro-Ressources team.
